Alright fellas I need some input in this please. I am out this morning feeding my horses and I left my truck running as usual. Sitting at idle I heard it idle down real low then it would idle up real high. It sounded like an old 12 valve with the rattling going on. I didnt think much of it then, so I left and got on the road and as I was leaving a stop light it did it again as I let out on the clutch, this continued to happen all morning both at idle and when I would start out from a start. Truck was fine running down the road, no other problems with it what so ever. So reluctantly I took it to the dealer and got the usual we will look at it and let you know what we find. I was in a hurry to get to work and I didnt even think to check it for any codes .
I have 90,000 on the truck and I just want to prepare myself for what the dealer might have to say. It is still under the 100,000 mile warranty so I am not concerned about that I just dont want them to blow a bunch of smoke up my rear end. I know its hard to tell whats going on from reading this without being there but any little advice or input would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance and if I hear from the dealer I will post what they say.

 

kinda sounds like an injector problem had some of mine rattle like that
