has any one removed there front differential to replace the axle seal i have removed both axles, the bearing cap,both pinion gears and i still cant get the ring gear housing out so i can replace the sill i need some help bad!!!!!!!!

 

You are supposed to use a spreader but pry bars often will do it. Read this step by step proceedure for a Dana 44. Dana 60 like ours is very similar.

You have one more shaft to remove. Take the CAD unit off and you will see the intermediate shaft coming from the diff. Just slide it out the right side like the right shaft. While you got it apart be sure you look close at the neddle bearing that holds that shaft right were it comes into the CAD cavity.
