Rear Axle Lube - Straight 90 Weight?
I have 2002, 2500 4x4 and am getting ready to change all fluids. I already picked-up the 2 bottles of adative for the limited-slip from the dealer, but I am having a huge problem finding the Owner's Manual recomended 90 weight lube for rear axle (Dana 80?). No problems finding the 85/90 weight for the front axle... Is the 90 weight critical or can I use the 85/90 in the rear as well?
Also - any idea where to find the ATF+4 for the transfer case - also impossible to find (dealer only?)...
First posting - any help is appreciated!

I used the 85w90 in my rear end and so far it looks good and honey colored at the last inspection. It got rougly 20K on it. Yes it is good ol' fashion dino juice.
I've never heard of atf+4 being specified for t-cases....learn something new everyday
Advance auto has their own +4 and I believe I saw one other manufacturer on the shelf with the +4 rating, so it is out there, maybe just not locally. Question is, is it cheper to buy from the *******, or to pay shipping to have aftermarket stuff sent to you?
