no brakes

I got a 95 2500 12 valve 5 speed and the brake pedal is hard as a rock and i have no brakes hardly. I have oil leaking between my vaccum pump and power steering pump. Is the vaccum pump bad or what could be going on here. Thanks

The vacuum pump seal can leak oil but the pump still make good vacuum.
More than likely you have a vacuum leak not allowing enough to build up to assist the brakes.
Common leak places are under the driver's side battery where acid eats the hose to the cruise control or in the area of the fuel filter where lines can accidentally get disconnected.

I would check the hose from vac pump, if it is soft and oil soaked replace it.
