new vp44, what did I Do??

I have a 98.5 and last week the truck died, I primed the fuel filter and got running again, then nothing. got a new vp44 (after dealer quoted me 5K for repair) got it in and got all air out of lines. truck started and sputtered a bit but no pedal??? now what. thanks for ANY HELP,
p.s I just replaced Lift pump and fuel filter.
codes:
P1693
P0122
P1689
P0126
these havent been cleared, so might be pre-vp44 swap
THANKS AGAIN GUYS

Well Its been 2 days and all is well! I think I have one kink to sort out, The new vp44 is a nice boost in power, but I think I am leaking turbo boost. I have checked everywhere I can think, At the down tube rubber etc. Can anyone think of where I could be loose that I am missing.
Cheers
