Need advise Badly

I have a 3500 Diesel 2005 Won't start and I don't know what to do, I live 83 miles from town. I think it is a simple fix just don't know where to look. Dash is a blank turn the key nothing. Power at the starter Batt are good, fuses all good and power at the fuses. Starter solinoid will spin if I touch power to the solinoid wire. Really need help could it be the Power Control Mod. and where is it on the truck.

I wish I could give you more help. This from my '03 manuel. Maybe someone with more knowledge of the electrical can help.

DESCRIPTION - PCM
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is located
in the right-rear section of the engine compartment
under the cowl.
Two different PCM’s are used (JTEC and
NGC). These can be easily identified. JTEC’s
use three 32–way connectors, NGC’s use four
38–way connectors

I would check that there are no corrosion on both of the battery cables.

Batt. all good and clean, No corrosion. When you say right side and under the cowl, can you be more exact...I have looked everywhere, is it big small. I just can not sort this **** thing out, and can I replace it easy?

It is on the firewall, passenger side. Might be different on your '05.

Wish I knew more to help.

With no display on the dash and nothing else working, I would check to make sure the power wire to the ignition switch is hot and then go to the wires coming out of the ignition switch and check for voltage there.
Remove the plastic covers behind the steering wheel, the electric half of the ignition switch is on the left side of the steering column. If you see obvious signs of overheating,(blackened switch housing or melted insulation on the wires, replace the switch. Easy to do (relatively) and not very expensive.
I have had to do this drill twice. Also make sure the output wires aren`t severed. All the power to radio, blower motors etc. come out of this switch.
