please help, my truck is going air bound every morning. i have changed 4 fuel filters and the lift pump. after changing the lift pump, it worked great for about 3 days then it started going air bound again in the morning. if anyone has had this problem or knows what might be the cause please let me know.

What year is your truck? If you have a 12v it may be air in the fuel lines...

You might PM a mod to move this to the more appropriate section.

 

its a 97 2500 dodge super cab long wheelbase

 

Good place to start is replacing the return line in red below with about 2' of 5/16" diesel rated hose. I can guarantee that this line will eventually fail on 100% of 12 valves.
