Missing Crank Pulley Bolts!!!
About 3 months ago I took my truck in to the dealer to have the ring tone replaced due to missing teeth.. In the past couple of weeks I noticed the truck was idleing a little harder than usual. Upon a visual inspection I noticed the crank pulley appeared to have a wobble in it. I get under the truck to inspect the pulley and I noticed I'm missing 2 bolts and one is very loose
I tried to retighten the one only to find out its stripped
I called the dealer and they are saying its past the 90 waranty. What do I do?

That is total BS, I work for a dealership and we would make it right for the customer if it was our mistake. They didn't tighten the bolts to proper spec and they loosened up on you. I would tell them they need to make it right or you will be taking them to court. Talk to the service manager and then the owner of the dealership if you need too.
INSTALLATION
Install speed indicator ring.
NOTE: The speed indicator ring is located over a dowel pin.
Install the crankshaft damper and bolts. Tighten bolts to 40 N·m (30 ft. lbs.) torque, plus an additional 60°.
NOTE: The damper must be installed so the hole is located over the dowel pin

I would go straight to the owner of the dealership, plus your insurance company. I had a friend recently who took his F250 (5.4L) to the dealership for a stuck injector, under warranty. The mechanic, who was also the shop manager, cracked the new injector open so the gas sitting in the cylinder would come out, but didn't disconnect the plug wire. He bumped the started, and shot fire out the injector hole, catching the engine bay on fire. Go figure. He just wanted to patch it up. Josh went to the owner, plus his insurance company, plus contacted Ford. Needless to say, with the insurance company hovering around, the dealership spared no expense replacing all the other injectors (this was the second in 3 weeks, different cylinders, that had stuck open), wiring harnesses, anything damaged by the fire. Ford jumped into the mix REAL QUICK, because the shop manager was supposed to report the fire to them, and had tried to hide it. Long story short, don't be ugly, but use what tools you have to stand up for yourself.
