Large Screwdriver Down Defrost Vent

Ok, so Im putting in the new nav system in my truck and well, anyways a rather large screwdriver went down my deftost vent and i cant seem to find a magnet strong enough to fish ot out.......help!!!!!

I would take a look at Harbour Freight or some auto parts stores & get an extension magnet. It looks like a telescoping antenna & starts out about the size of a bic pen. Reminds me of when I had my kids playing in a truck bed of gravel & the little devils dropped some good sized pieces in the truck rail holes. I never was able to get them out & still heard them rattling around when I sold the truck 5 years latter.

I dont know if the "claw" will be able to grip it, Its a big freaking screwdriver....Im going to try the magnet thing on tuesday when everything opens after the holiday. if that doesnt work then i guess ill leave it, It doesnt rattle or seem to be blocking anything and i took it over some massive bumps.
