Grid Heater Always On
Hi Everyone. I have a 99 Dodge Cummins with major grid heater problems. Had to disconnet the main feed to the 2 celonoids on the left fender under the battery. Tried pulling the circuit breakers located on the left fender by the battery. Tried pulling the relay. The Dealer even pulled two wires off on of the celonoids but the one that is connected still stays on. Any help in this matter would rely be appreciated :'(

Check this and see if it helps. Sounds like the intake heater relays. You should be able to get them from NAPA and do it yourself.
Edit: I was in the middle of this when my internet service died. If they are staying on, you should be able to disconnect the hot wires from the relays that are going up to the grids. Do both of them. The site above just says replay the fried relays if they are stuck.
