Then again, I wouldn't bet against him having 6 fingers on each hand either.

Dude, 9/16 12 point is the key, 14 mm is the same thing, anyone who says different..... says different. I've been at it long enough that 5/16 = 8mm, 1/2 = 13mm, 9/16 = 14mm, 5/8 = 16mm, 3/4 = 19 mm. Those are the most common sizes you are going to run into anyway, so what the heck.

Evil may wobble, but he never falls down.

Have fun with it

I have seen this "town" he speaks of, my vote would be to try that dodge dealer ( since it does take up about HALF of the "town") someone where may loan you one for an afternoon. other than that , your gonna have to look farther

I figured all 10 people in town knew each other , i would loan a 14mm 12 point socket to a fellow CTD owner in need , weather i knew him or not.

If ever there was a "complete" stranger, it would be the Doctor

If I ship one to edmonton int'l airport via air north, just so you can use it, would you cease and desist all of your "sorry about my luck" posts about where you live????

Seriously enough man, there are lots of guys in your general area, and maybe I'm weird, but I have yet to have problems lending tools to anyone. Maybe my "disgruntled sasquatch" appearance has some effect on the return of the tools. Heck, I have had tools returned in 'as new' condition..... come to think of it, they were new. Wonder what happened there.

Just ask around, there has to be someone with a measley 12 point socket set.

Three decades has taught me that no one can/will take care of my tools and equipment as well as I do... my policy for all of my toolboxes is the same; whether it's a gun or a torque wrench - I won't let you hold it unless you respect it and know how to use it.
