Fass Fuel System Making Noise and Sometimes wont start

I got the system about 6 months ago. When i turn the key on it make a motor sound but like its under pressure. Today when i put the key in and bumped the starter it cut on but sounded like it "bounced" two or three times then shut off. Its continued this for a few hours now. I pulled the pump and checked all connections any other thoughts?
Relay?

Thanks
lucas

Is the pump hooked up to the stock wire harness? Also, your title mentions hard starting, but your post says nothing about starting problems. Can you be more specific?

Check to see if it's getting the power to the relay from the pcm. If not hook it directly to the battery to get you home. If it's the FASS pump hook your stock pump up in its place! To get you home.

My bad. Its not hard starting , it starts fine but the pump wont start . it trys but cant get started. It mostly dose it when its hot. Or after the truck has been running. Ive noticed that if i get standing in it going down the road it sometimes will fall on its face and pick back up. I guess its just loosing FP Im going to call harry at piers and see what he thinks. id say a new vp44 and a new fass.
