hey guys I need some advise with my 05 Dodge 2500/ 5.9- I have a Bully dog Module /utlook Monitor, as i am driving the other day I notice the Pyro reading 1735 to 1745 I pull over and turn the truck off try unplugging the module and put it back in but no change?? I drive home as the truck was running/sounding normal but a little freaked out Today I noticed the same reading with the truck not started so it seems that the isssue maybe the Pyro Probe but thats a guess???? like i say with the engine NOT running the pyro 1 shows 1735/1745, any help /suggestions would be great.

Clean the contacts for the pyro first... a bad ground could cause this... If that does not solve the problem, I'd call BD and let them know what's going on.

No problem. If that's not it, try unhooking the pyro from the wires that go to the BD box, and see what the reading is with them unhooked. See if you can find someone that has another pyro that you can hook up and TS with.
That's just stuff to do if cleaning/tightening does not work... if not... Call BD Monday...

 

man do I feel like a DUMP $_ _ T, I looked at the wiring before posting my question and when i looked again I found a broken wire on the Pyro connection DOH.
