Angry engine oil and t-case leaks

I have had the engine oil leak for a while now it looks like it is comming from the driver side of the motor down low, and my t-case just started leaking i thought from the tail shaft sealso I replaced it and it is still leaking and getting worse dose anyone have any of multiple ideas for me to check and ways to fix.

The oil leak could be the vacuum pump. It's mounted to the front of the PS pump. They all fail eventually. If not it could be the breather tube. That's normal, you can extent the tube below the motor.
Tail shaft, hopefully you didn't damage the seal while installing it. I always put some grease on the rubber part of the seal so it doesn't burn up before the trans fluid gets to it to lube it.
