dripping coolant

I have an 03 Diesel which started dripping coolant from around the waterpump. I replaced it with an aftermarket pump, and leaked still. I replace it with a second aftermarket pump....and still have a issue with it dripping although not so much.

I took care the second time cleaning everything nice...figuring that was my problem with the first one.

Are aftermarket pumps as good as OEM....maybe I should have used OEM instead..??

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is the leak coming from the weep hole or could it be spraying from the hose. Did you check the hose clamp and hose condition? I haven't had a problem with after market except thermostats stay with oem (direct from Cummins is Cheaper than DC)

I have had no problem with my Napa WP! Its been 1 year and 45,000 miles since i replaced it.. I replaced it only because I had the radiator, intercooler, bumper etc. off after I blew my turbo, it was looking me in the face and I thought what the heck... Why not replace it?

But It sounds like its leaking from around where the block and pump meet and not around the weep hole??
