You need to make sure your tires are balanced good and have equal pressure.

Then you need to put your castor from a negative to a positive and install a KORE racing single shock sterring stabilizer.

lay under your truck with someone else moving the steering wheel. look at both ends of the track bar. this is the most common culprit.

looking for play in any component, specifically the track bar.
when someone moves the whell as you look , you should be able to see play in anything though.

i have had this truck since it was small and have never seen this happen before till just a little while ago. and when it happens you will know. speed 110 km per hr hit a soft multiple bump then the whole truck starts to vibrate like i was washboard and wont stop till i slow down to under 70 km per hr it seems to get worse the longer you go, then it just stops as quick as it started, i have changed stabilizer bar, track bar, both tie rod ends, its time for tires so those are next, but i suspect ball joints

Either a bad alignment or warn parts causing the tires to become misaligned over bumps. Sometimes a new steering stabilizer can remedy the wobble but it doesnt always fix the problem. Inspect all tie rod ends and bushings. If they are tight then you need an alignment.

Caster made my 98 Ranger death wobble terribly! I had a solid axle conversion and once the caster was set properly it all but stopped...I did have to use a good track bar, too. I built mine with hiems (no rubber).

You might want to check the pitman arm. With that new of a truck it probably isnt your problem, but where i live it is pretty common on 2nd gens. The pitman arm will get loose and lean when you turn or hit a hard bump I actually saw one one time that was so lose when I grabbed it the nut and lock washer fell off. Regardless these motors we love are so **** heavy that the front end wont hold up to the weight if you dont stay solely on the road, which is usually impossible.
