cracked #53 block
I have a friend that has a cracked block with 158,000 on it so he has to foot the bill. Does anyone know of a workable method to repair the block? Do you think stiching would hold?

1 send it to Diesel cast-there are several across the U.S.
2 you can weld it (nirod) if you can get at it and go thrue the whole proses
3 try a epoxy like JB Weld or the like.
