clutch pedal floating.

My buddie has an 07 2500 with a six speed. He has a bullydog powerpup, boostfooler, and a SB 450hp clutch. His clutch pedal is acting up. Theres no pressure in the pedal until its half way to the floor and its slipping bad. The truck has 10,000 miles on it and only about 3,000 miles on the clutch. He as the upgraded slave cylinder and hydraulics. Any help would be appreciated. TIA. I was hoping to get some answers before he goes to the dealer. Jordan

If the clutch pedal is not building pressure and releasing as it should is one problem, the slipping clutch is another.

No matter what it will require he take-it-apart and inspect for damage.

I would suspect that the clutch system likely failed first and someone continued to drive it and shift with out the clutch fully disengaging. That likely smoked the pressure plate and the clutch disk, too.
