Clutch Adjustment?

Howdy All, Today the clutch in my truck started acting like it is not disengaging enough for me to put it in gear. I drove the truck a little bit and now it shift but still is not normal and sometimes when I stop in gear with the clutch pushed in the truck will want to sturge forward ever so slightly. The pedal pressure feels the same as always and when I drive I can feel the clutch engaging after I start to lift up on the pedal like normal. Can I adjust the clutch at all for my problem?

As always - Thanks for your help

It sounds like you need a new clutch, there is no adjustment , it is all hydraulic.

I had a similar problem on my car , one of the springs will come out of the damper plate , and lodge between the disk and the pressure plate.

I feel safe saying you need a new clutch. it is also possible your throwout bearing ceased.

It's possible that the clutch is to blame, but with your symptoms, it sounds like the clutch HYDRAULICS are failing. When you sit with your foot on the clutch for a period of time, it sounds like the clutch master cylinder is leaking past the piston internally, and not holding pressure on the pressure plate.
