I just installed mine yesterday. I got the welcome screen to come up. I go through the setup screen up until where it says "Download... reset... do not unplug". As soon as I press 'OK' the screen went all black and did not come back to life again even after I let it sit there for half a day thinking that it's still trying to reset and download. There is power and all the connections is good. What should I do as I'm pretty bumbed out right now and could not sleep at all last night because of this. Help Please.....

 

if you need the truck to get around in i wouldn't keep trying to flash your computer until you get in touch with bullydog. it may get half way through and stop, then the truck probably wouldn't work anymore. just my .02. good luck.

 

It's just very frustrating, reading all these post about how bullydog is giving truck owners all these grieves and the tech support is not very helpful even if you FINALLY get a hold of them. I'm now wondering if bullydog is even the right product for me??!!??

Why pay for a product that's going to give you grieve and void your warranty??

 

i tripped over to their site and i couldn't find any troubleshooting tips at all. i may not have been in the right place though.

 

did you check the fuse that gives power to the OBD port

 

Which fuse number might that be??

 

I've checked all the fuses and all of them are good.
