Broke down south of Vegas

My 2005 5.9 Cummins 3500 Dodge just lost power like maybe a blown turbo, or...I am towing a 25' travel trailer. I have only limited power, and I'm in a safe place. about 30 miles north of Baker. Any help?

I'm 3200 miles away, so only help I can be is online, any codes being thrown?

Does it run smooth, just no power?
