I broke the inner axle flange off where it is welded. I wanted to know if it is possible to disengage the hub some how so I can limp it home since I'm 300 miles from a shop. Or would it be possible to take the u joint out with out removing the axle assembly so I could remove just the flange? How do the u joints come out be sides having to pound on them alot with a hammer? Are there clips somewhere? I have a 2005 dodge crew cab sitting on 35's if that helps.
