the flasher is located under the cover at the extreme left side of the dash, you have to open the drivers door to access it... and it has "fuse access" on the cover . on mine it's the square blue one

I assume you still have tail lights. My 01' CTD did exaxtly the same thing. Turned out the trailer had a short in the brake wiring, and it burned up my brake light switch and flasher at the same time. Your problem could be as simple as burned out bulbs, but try this first. Unplug the trailer, unplug the brake controller (should have a snap-in plug on the back where the wires go into controller), and do the following; Check and see if the 4 way flashers work. If they do, then you know that the 4-way flasher is good, and that both of the stop/turn bulbs are good. Open the fuse panel at the Left end of the dash (access cover faces driver's door), and swap places with the flashers. If you don't have burned or broken wiring, or a blown fuse, that should give you turn signals. Check all fuses under the hood and in dash fuse panel with circuit tester, or pull each fuse and check with ohmmeter. If none are blown, check the brake light switch under the dash on the pedal. 1 wire should be hot all the time, both should be hot when pedal is depressed. Good Luck. Joe
