5th wheel hitch

5th wheel hitch

Trying to put a Reese 5th wheel on an 03 long box. anybody have trouble with the passenger side rear bracket.?? The exhaust hanger is in the way. If I grind the weld down the bracket will fit. Think this is okay anybody run into this before.<br><br> Thanx Buck

I didn't install my hitch myself, so I don't know if they had the same problem you do, but if your just talking about the weld on an exaust hanger being in the way, I would grind some weld off, or just relocate the hanger. If it stops raining here I'll look underneath my truck, to see if the hanger has been moved.<br><br> Cat Cracker.
