Need some help with my automatic transmission. Everything is stock, I have a 2002 Dodge Quad Cab 4WD, that has no first gear anymore. Starts out in second gear, all other gears work fine including overdrive. Even when pulled down into first gear with gear selector, it still doesn't work. Vehicle has 60000 miles. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

try adjusting your kick down cable, when is the last time you dropped your pan could have a pluged valve

 

does your reverse gear work because they are the same clutch pack being used
