Exclamation 2007 Dually Hard To Start...

I've got a 2007 dodge 3500 6spd. 4x4, When I push the clutch in and turn the key to start everything lights up but thats as far as it goes...But if I let the clutch out and mash it in hard it fires right up!?! Doe's anybody know what is could be causing this? It does have a southbend in it if that makes any difference...Thanks in advance for any help!
