2004.5 Ram Cummins Died on Road

Please help! I have watched all the video's I can find, searched all the forums and tried everything that has been suggested and the truck is still dead!

2004.5 Ram 3500 Cummins 5.9 Dually 260,000 miles

Died on the road while slowing down to turn a corner. Would not re-start. (Towed it home with the tractor that was on the trailer behind it!)

Codes P0148, P2509, P0500

Cleared Codes

Removed fuel filter cover and verified that fuel is flowing (Fuel Filter is changed at every oil change. Last changed about 1,000 miles ago.)(Tank is 3/4 full)

Checked Fuel Pressure after the Fuel Filter. 13lbs with truck not running. (Gauge is still attached)

Replaced Fuel Control Actuator

Replaced Fuel Pressure Sensor

Replaced Pressure Relief Valve (Also temporarily blocked the new one off to be positive it wasn’t the problem)
Injectors were replaced 20,000 miles agoNow Codes P0251, P0148, P0193

Will start with Starting Fluid (I know that is a bad idea) and idle and rev up but dies when the throttle is released

Injector pump pressure is 13lbs at idle and drops to 6 when revved up.

My bet would be the CP3 injection pump, you should replace it when you do the injectors.
