2003,Blown head gasket ?

during a long pull on a steep grade my truck died and will restart but runs vary rough and has no power. could this be a blown head gasket? Please HELP!!!

possibly lift pump failure but i'm not an expert. turn the key to the on position three times and see if any codes come up.

the lift pump has full pressure and it is a FASS pump
