If I try to fill it past when it clicks off it will leak down the sides of the fuel tank from somewhere on the top of the tank, I have a new grommet to replace when I get around to dropping my tank for the overflow valve but I think it is the nut on top of the sender.
But it hasn’t leaked in a while since I have not been able to top op my tank lately.
There is a slight leak from the transmission cooler line by the pan.
The biggest leak is the fuel; it seems to leak down by every 3rd. day costing me another $60.00 to fill it back up.
If something leaks I fix it so it does not eat up my driveway.

My '93 did the same thing (fuel tank) If I recall correctly that was "normal" for that tank.

I checked with the service department at Dodge and they said it is the vent and there was a bulletin to relocate it up higher into the body but I do not think that is where it is leaking from. I think it is coming from the big nut or at least the gasket on top of the tank. When it leaks it comes pouring out onto the ground and by the time you see it you already poured about $3.00 onto the ground.
It is not where you can see it if you get under the truck but if you feel around on top of the tank it is all wet. When I had it in the body shop they had the bed off and they said I could come by and fix it but I was at the other end of town so I missed out on the opportunity.
As long as I only put in $50.00 every 3rd or 4th day it keeps it just below the full and it doesn’t leak.
It is kinda embarrassing because it usually happens when someone is admiring the truck then it puddles onto the ground.
I just usually take the nozzle out and tap it on the ground a few times and say “I hate these stupid leaking nozzles” then go look for some sand to throw on the mess.

I voted "Can't Find It" since the dang thing leaks everywhere. I'm suprised if that thing holds any fluid in for more than a week. I've also noticed a serious loss of fuel every time I push the long, skinny pedal down to the floor....

So, since the "oil pan" takes number one (except for the 'other' category) does anyone have a fix for that? How hard is it to replace the gaskets? Do I even want to try? I have torqued all the bolts and it leaks pretty much on the entire rear half of it. Suggestions?
