stepside would of topped it off ... but its a gasser i wouldnt touch it

 

Agreed, that would be nice, however it's a major engineering cost to design another bed, it's not quite as simple as one might think nowadays to do that. Also even Chevy has ditched the stepside, and with all three big US firms on financial thin ice, there's just not money to do that.
