two guys garage cummins feature

did anybody see the episode of two guys garage last saturday? they had a 6.7 cutaway in there and a cummins rep. i was really impressed with the study they did where they tore down a 6-7 with 270k miles on it and put it through the production line and it still passed factory specs for a new engine!

the part i found really funny is when he was describing all the parts and he points to the cp3 and says this is a vp44! i laughed so hard i almost fell off the couch haha

all in all it was a good show and a good tribute to cummins

They seemed like total rookies who had just read a book. One of several things that really bugged me was hearing all of them repeating time and time again "oil gallery", rather than oil galley. "EGR is kind of like argon when you're welding".

Some interesting stuff there, but it is very poorly done in comparison to Spike's Power Block.

If anybody would like to view, here it is:

ya there was some good points like how the oil go through the piston to cool it.and i wounder if he even knows that he was calling the cp3 a vp44.also whats with the plastic fuel canstier. seams like a down grade from the aluminum one on the 5.9. but that half hour was all i could take of those two guys. that show could be a lot better if they got rid of them. now that i have seen it i never have to watch the show again. YA!

If they wanted to replace them they could use Jessie Combs. Of course then they would have to change the name of the show. Smart girl and reallllly easy to look at!!!!!!!!!! IMO

Puh-leeez! I could walk down the street and point out ten girls who are way better looking... of course, Jessie's got an extra three points for being able to weld and fab stuff. And another point for being a pretty good driver.

Not that I'm knocking ink but what's up with the armpit tats? She's got a bunch of work, but the pittats disturb me.
