Nope Chris,
No camera with me and it was hard to keep from grinning,,,, but I felt kinda sorry for her cause she didn't appear to be looking forward to talking with her husband.
If she had just waited a minute for me to look at it, I probably could have lifted her car just a bit so she could have got loose leaving a hole, instead of a complete bumper removal!

I pull through a space. That way when I leave I can just go straight. Backing into a spot or backing out of a spot it's just as easy to have an accident doing either unless it is in a place that is hard to turn around in. It really makes no sense to me. Guy at work backs in everywhere. I think it is stupid to do it everywhere. Backing in has it's place but not everywhere. They struggle to back in to park and struggle to back in to leave. What's the difference. My pet peave I guess......

I back in or pull through 99% of the time.

The company my Dad works for has a "first move forward" driving policy. So you can see better.

On level ground I pull in, If the parking space is canted up or downhill I try my best to back in. Just a habit of mine. And I really cant explain why. It's just what I do!

Bank robbers back in.

At work, had a set of heavy batteries to change in a UPS power supply at a bank that was the holdup capital of Seattle. Arrived just before closing, driving a compact station wagon, backed in to a parking spot at the door, jumped out wearing a cap, big avaitor style sunglasses and black leather driving gloves.
The guard came to full attention, with his hand on his weapon.
That is when I found out about all the hold ups at that branch.

I generally back in, easier to get it straight.

I can see no reason for a law requiring you to pull in, but who am I?

I always park in the very back and take up 2 and sometimes 4 spaces...I make sure it isnt anywhere, where it can take up valuble parking for others. This is why I am going on 4 years without a door peck!

They couldn't fine you, but they could revoke your parking "priviledge". Even though we paid for the spots.

I always back in, if I can help it.
Its easier to get out, and know I can get out and some schmuck didnt park too close behind me for me to get out.

I will say this for taking up two spots, around here that sort of thing will get you a nice new set of keymark pinstripes, or a kick in the door. I try not to park in more than one spot, occasionally if im in a big parking lot and I park further out I dont worry too much, but just taking two spots because "you can" will get your junk keyed, ive seen it happen.

I like to back in if it is possible. Displays a little more driving skill, and easier to pull out in my opinion.

Not meaning this for everyone who backs in but it is mostly the lack of their driving skills. A guy at work backs in and let the laughing begin. It's funny.

I back in almost everywhere for the simple reason I have better visibility pulling out. I started doing that years ago when I was first in the FD. Went on a call where a mother backed over her child. That was a bad enough scene without doing something like that myself. Won't prevent it of course, but I think your chances of avoiding it are much better.

I have seen local signs here in Vancouver that say no back in parking. I think at the Courthouse.

Nothing would surprise me in !!!! communist state like Ohio they still force truckers to go 55mph!
