On the plus side, it probably corners really well with the wide wheel base and short sidewalls...

It should be illegal to do that to a CTD.

well they're only 1.5" bigger than the 22.5s we all seem to worship...

clean truck, would look better with 22s, a bigger sidewall, and no steps. don't know why anyone would put steps on a 2wd.

sizes that end in .5 like 19.5 or 22.5 or the 24.5's are big rig wheels. 22's or 24s are for bling. different load ratings and tire sizes

Yeah but when you take a 24.5 and turn it down a 1/2 inch to be able to put on some low profile car tires . I have seen guys pulling big 5th wheels and GNs on wheels and tires like that, I am amazed the tires don't blow out under the weight of the truck alone, much less a big trailer too.

Well, I have to be honest...I kinda like it. Granted, it would look better with 22.5's.

If I knew that guy, not only would I NOT admit it, I also would have departed the poor guy from this earth a long time ago. Thats almost obscene to do to a truck. That truck kinda reminds me of a guy I know from my town that has the bling bling 22's on his 3500 duramax. It looks bad, and the tires can't hardly hold a load.
