Need to know governed RPM on 1991 5.9

What is the Maximum or governed RPM on the 1991 5.9 Ram diesel mounted in a Ram-250.

My 91.5 was 2800. Wind it out, 2800, pin it to the floor in neutral, 2800. Started coming up on the governor about 24-2500 tho.

2800 unless you put a 3200 rpm (or other) spring in the pump. Check out the stiki's in the 1st gen section located here.

Scroll down to the 3200 RPM spring install... Cheers
