Machine Shop

I have been trying to a find machine shop in the Pacific Northwest that will do machine work on the Dodge/Cummins. I really have given the search an honest effort, but have had almost no luck. I did find a shop in Sandy Oregon (Oregon Engine Rebuilders) that will do a flat rate rebuild on a CTD. Their price is 2995 with two year warranty, much less than most competitors. Will probably end up going with them, but, info on additional shops would be appreciated.

On a side note- Oregon Engine Rebuilders offers a lifetime,"unlimited millage" warranty on their "gas" engine rebuilds, and the prices are very compettitive. Seem's like you could not lose on a deal like that.

Where exactly are you located, and how far are you willing to travel? I'm in Washington and know of a few places up here, depending on what you are needing done.

Hello neighbor, I live in Gig harbor, I am willing to travel from Everett to Portland. I have serious oil pressure problem on the 05, we are sure it is rod bearing. At the very least it need's new crank and main/ rod bearing's, but will probably go with complete rebuild.

Sorry for the delay! You might try H+H Diesel in Milton, they have done alot of machine work for me in the past, and I haven't had any problems with them personally. There is also The Powershop in Enumclaw. They tend to be a little on the spendy side but they do top notch work for sure! You might also give Dynomite Diesel a call. They are in Monroe and again, top notch work and customer service! Hope that gives you a starting point. Good luck!
