It looks like the votes are in and richard's great looking truck came out on top.

Congratulations to richard for being chosen as the Diesel Truck Resource Truck Of the Month!

Our hats are off to the other two runner-ups also for having really fine examples of good looking working trucks.

Richard,

Thank You very much to all who voted !!!
I've been so busy I didn't even realize that I was in the running.
It's nice to know people think work trucks are cool too.
Thank you again.

Is that diesel leaking out?

That, my friends, is the definition of a work truck.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all who voted for my truck, and to also congratulate those who were also in the running.
This truck started out as a 2500 SRW pickup and has over the last 9 years has grown into what you see in the pictures.
It has been a little bit therapeutic, but mostly a labor of love.
And I would also like to add that if I never had found this site on the net, I would have never acquired the knowledge of these trucks that I have now.
I am honored to have the truck nominated.
The truck has been a work truck for my small construction company for the past 4 years and with a the exception of a tourque converter replacement at 140k it has run every day.
It tows 10k-15k on a trailer on a daily basis, idles for hours on end, runs from one end of the state to another every day.
The truck has 175k on it now, and I really can't say that I have had a truck this strong or reliable in all the years I have been driving.
Sorry for rambling. but I have a feeling that you understand.
Thank you again for the nomination for truck of the month.

Rich
