June Truck of the Month nominations - lifted duallies, all gens.
This month I'm going to try something a little different and open the field to all generations of Cummins powered Dodges. But - and this is a big butt since we are talking duallies - they all have to be LIFTED duallies complete with big ol' tires.
So shine up that tall proud beauty post it up here for all to see.
Remember that your nominating pic MUST be from your DTR photo gallery. Lifted Dodge dually pickups powered by Cummins ONLY - no flatbeds, dump trucks, lowriders, or SRW 1-tons need apply. All non-conforming entries will be deleted without further explanation.
Truck Of the Month Procedure
* Around the 1st of the month, we will post a thread with the winner for the previous month’s poll in the General Diesel Discussion section of the forums.
* At the same time, we will post a “TOM Candidate” thread in the same forum. In this thread we will announce the category of trucks that will be accepted as possible candidates. (1st Gen 250, 350, 2nd Gen 2500, 3500, 3rd Gen 2500, 3500, MegaCab, etc.)
* If your truck falls into the chosen category for that month and you would like to have a chance to be in the poll, then you can nominate your truck by posting a picture from your gallery in that thread.
* NOTE: The picture MUST come from your Diesel Truck Resource Member Photo Gallery!
(Anything else will be deleted.)
* You can also list some of the mods and accessories on your rig in the same post. Please post only once in that thread. If your truck is not selected for the poll or it is but it doesn't win, you may nominate it again when your category comes back around.
* Previous Winners of the TOM will not be eligible to participate. (Previous Winner being defined as truck and/or DTR Member)
* The “TOM Candidate” thread will be open from around the 1st of the month until around the 14th of the month. That gives you two weeks to submit your truck.
* At this time it will be locked, the three poll candidates will be chosen and the poll will be posted on or around the 15th . The poll will be voted on until the end of the month and we start all over again on the 1st of the next month by posting the winner in one thread and posting the “TOM Candidate” thread for the next month's category.
Special THANKS to Tim Barber at TRE Diesel Performance for sponsoring the TOM Award plaques!

Well I'd nominate member "Kenny D" but I think he already won the TOM a couple of months back.

I will nominate myself as soon as the weather cooperates. Sheesh, rainin since the announcement. Doesn't leave much time to wash, find good sunlight, post pics , await approval yadda yadda. I can't wait though! I am hoping for competition, I would hate a win by default. Please don't change your minds on this I promise there will be something to vote on very soon, may be rain or shine.
texasCTD i was thinking about that alos. and like everyone else said i was looking forward to this poll. i wanted to see some awsome 1st gen standard cab duallies. i love that stout look!
Oh well, maybe now it's the time for my truck.
Here it is:

Here's a close-up of my stacks: https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...img1621728.jpg
So, the truck is a 1998.5 24valve lifted twin turboed, fireringed&studded Intense Blue Pearl Sport. It has every possible stock equipment in it, leather seats etc.
The truck was stock except 285/75 R16 tires on it when I shipped it to Finland on August 2006. I have ordered everything from usa, so my journey has been quite interesting...
The truck also has self made E-certificated lights, E-certificated yellow side turning lights on the front fender flares, yellow rear turning lights, independent from the braking lights etc. It also has electronic driving light height adjustments from inside the cabs, as the law requires...
Anyway, it has 13" of total lift. The tires are 37x12.5 -17 pro comps with 3rd gen wheels. Personally I love the combination.
It has also 3 row seat on the bed for three people and it's actually legal in here, the only one in here as far as I know.
Here's my gallery:

A little eye candy for the First Gen crowd
I nominate.....me.
Apparently there is a twist to this months TOM. So far, the nominations are also heavily modded under the hood.
1992 W250, converted to a 350 dually with Arrowcraft adapters. The rules said nothing about conversions so it qualifies. The tires stand at 34".
All show AND all go!

Chrome dress up kit and polished compressor housing for a little 'bling'. You can see the lines coming out from the P7100.
Banks I/C and TwinRam into a 1998 P-pumped engine w/ a 913 pump, DV's, I.I. Injectors, into an ATS 3 pc. manifold. Silver Bullet 66/74/14 by II into a 4" DP to 5" stainless straight pipe with a 6" tip.
Enterprise Engine Performance Cam, O- ringed, balanced and ported/polished 4?k GSK. She
a lil.
I still need to confirm the details on some stuff, goin by PO details which were vague at times. It has all the goodies i ever wanted with a price tag to match. I would have liked to do it myself to learn more and get my hands dirty but time is tight for me lately.
Crate NV 4500 and unknown clutch.

I call her Great White( kinda long and mean) and since I removed some of the stainless stuff it kinda reminds me of a Storm Trooper ( white w/ black) Someday i might go with polished rims but I kinda think the black is mean looking. Maybe a set of Rockstars in black, 17", (easier to find tires)

107,000 pristine California miles 3rd owner, maybe last!
Original Paint!!!!
Grey Interior and yes a rare bench from the factory. I prefer it to the buckets believe it or not.

4.10 Limited Slip (soon to be 3.55)
6" Skyjacker lift with adj. drag link and dropped pitman arm

Rolling on 2nd gen Rickson 19.5's with Goodyear G-171's.
EGR rear disk brake conversion kit
MagHytech diff. covers
Borgeson Steering shaft
Line-Xed bed
Class 5 hitch
Firestone Bags

I would like to mirror the exhaust into dual outlets. Tempted on stacks, but I can't bear cutting a nice bed. Who knows though.
Full complement of guages
I've had her about six months but have been waiting for the weather to break to start messin' with her.I still have to confirm some of the modifications and details. The PO did a nice job setting it up, I wish I could take the credit on that. It has a few bugs to be worked out, and I may change some stuff around, but it's all there. I can't wait to get it on a dyno or down the 1/4 mile. This truck can turn day into night. Super fast and super clean. Really fun to drive and be proud of. I hope to get to a couple events this year(time permitting).
She came from Santa Rosa Cali area, then was modified by the second owner in the Pittsburgh area. Anybody seen her in PA? She may have pulled some, PO wouldn't admit to that. In Cali she carried a slide in camper, hence the dually conversion. It was setup the way I always wanted a truck like so I sold my '05 Power Wagon to buy her. Worth pretty much every penny.
Whadda 'yall think?
BTW this was a good practice for my posting skills. Hope you enjoyed,I tried to illustrate my description.Soon I will work on some cool vids.
I would have liked to run against TLRMN's Maroon dually, as that was my inspiration when buying this truck.Maybe he'll put his up today? This is the right coast's version. I think he is from Wash. St.?
Thanks for your vote!
