ive got3-4 bbs's i check daily. they are always up in my browser. im in front of a cpu for 8 hours a day and when im at home the laptop is usually on wireless so i check in from time to time. jiMMy

Anyone else get in trouble for "tuning out" on the girlfriend when she's trying to have a conversation with you while you are reading the forums?

She thinks I'm addicted, too, but would probably be happier if it were to adult cites. At least then I'd log off when she was home.

Whats even more pathetic is I cant share in the good info I read hear because the conversation always starts with "Hey, I just found out this cool thing on this diesel web site I visit.....occasionally...well...some...times...... ..................................By then I am getting weird stares and I drop the subject. Because no one really cares about my stupid (I mean cool) truck or I they think I'm an Internet junky. I feel like I'm part of some cult.

 

I don't go home at lunch to eat......go to take the truck for a mid day drive and come home to check out DTR post from the morning. Could do it at work but then would miss the drive.

As for the 12 steps....haven't hit the bottom yet so won't admit I have a problem...haha

What is interesting to read is were everyone is at. I read these to try to fix the problems that came from the factory this way and that the dollarship was incapable of fixing! The engine is the secand one the first one was the excessive toe in and $ 5000.00 + that it cost me . So nobody can tell me that the factory trained mechs are that. I took their info and figured it out just have to dig alittle deeper. I keep looking for the magic bullet that will fix this garbage. My list for the next one will preclude the more than three trips to the dollarship to get some thing fixed. Then they can buy it back at my cost. I log on Mon - Fri 0800 to 1600. Odd thing about that is it seems to be the exact times I am at work,,,,,,and they pay me to do this??
