I had to do it!
Well after months of trying to diagnose and fix my truck, I broke down and took it to the dealership today. I just hope it wont cost me my daughters college fund!

I hate to tell you this but I would bet my daughters college fund it's the injection pump relay. But they will most likely try and sell you a new injection pump.

Well the dealer got it running for $266, I didn't get the lines bled right when I put the VP back on. and they made sure the wiring harness was free of problems to. But after 100 miles it died again, with the fuel gauge was on the same spot as last time. So I have a feeling now that most of my problems have been coming from the tank.

Did you get fuel from the new caseys?? freind of mine at work got a bunch of bad fuel there in his 01 HO and the pump was junk by time he got to Sandborn. I stopped bying fuel there a long time ago. I was running there fuel till a couple years ago and my milage just kept getting worse and worse. I noticed every time I fueled up somewhere else out of town i got much better(normal) milage so I switched to Cenex and my milage kame back up. That was also abought the time my budie got the tank of bad fuel there and neither one of us has been back sence. A diferent guy at work with a 6.0 Ford Kept gelling up with there fuel till he switched to Cenex.
