I am familiar with this product.
I feel there are better fuel treatments to use if treating fuel regularly. It is expensive and is primarily a Tolulene based additive.

It does have one unique caracteristic...it will actually de-frost a gelled diesel line.

Hydrotex has (had) a line of regular diesel fuel treatments called Fleet Treat...better suited for regular use.

All this info is from 8 yrs ago. The formula may have been changed. Co had a new owner at that time who was changing a lot of things. That's when they lost me as a customer.

We use hydrotex products in the engines on the farm. The hydrotex additives are good stuff as far as we are concerned. They may be a little expensive but it is worth the added wear protection on the engine. We have never used the power kleen as far as I know, but I would be hesitant to use it.
