Uhmm...these plugs that have been suggested are like the male end of an extension cord (blades out), and no I dont have any of these in MY house, do YOU???? Now who's the one who doesnt understand electricity???

Also, I dont believe anybody said I was fond of getting shocked from them!!

jrs_dodge_diesel...Glad to hear you watch the little guys, I have 3 girls myself, and you can never be too careful! Only made the comment as a joke, not trying to make you defend yourself or your parenting skills. I absolutely apoligize if it came across this way!

Just trying to add a little humor here guys....not meant to offend anyone!

No problem buddy, and thanks for the reply! I guess it is hard to 'hear' me chuckle when I reply, and it is so easy to misinterpret what is written. Thanks again!

One of the ladies my mother works with drug the extension cord all the way to work with her one day... She got to work , discovered it , coiled it up nice and neat , and put it in the trunk.

That night her husband went to plug the car in for her, and could not find the cord, so he asked where it was , and she replied " in the trunk dear" , when he questioned why she stored it in the trunk , she replied " i thought it would be safe and easy to find there"

Do the grid heaters even come on then?

Dragging a 50-foot extension cord behind your truck is not so bad as when someone behind you drives over and it snaps it back to you like a slingshot.

Or you snag a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

I guess it is a good thing they don’t use a twistlock.

Nope, they sure don't. Plenty warm enough out here to fire up the engine.
