don't lie you know you're Guilty of a few
10- bigtime
I would also like to add-
You drive a stick and have to start out in granny gear even if it means holding up the cars behind you just because you want to hear the engine roaring through each and every gear! Whoopsy!

Hmmmm, maybe I'm just not a diesel freak. Don't find myself doing anything on that list. I like my CTD and all, but I suppose once one has experienced something like a quintet of good old SD40-2s roaring at a whopping 900rpms while churning out 15,000 horsepower as they grind their way through rock cuts on 2.2% grade and then through and 8 mile long tunnel with 7,000 tons in tow or thundering down the main at 60mph with 17,000 tons of coal pushing you along, piddly little Cummins, Powerstroke, or Duramax powered pickups kind of pale in comparison.
Wow thats almost scary how many of those apply to me...
I back into every parking space with the 2500 because I can still be out of the parking spot a little bit in the front, yet the rear of my bed is still hanging halfway over the sidewalk. And its even better to do it next to some little Ford Ranger.
At every intersection my windows are down to listen for every diesel powered vehicle that passes, reguardless if it is windy and 40* out or 70* and sunny.
And then even though I have an auto, I like to put it way down in first gear in every parking lot that I enter, just so I can hear the Cummins do what it does best.
And the thing I am most guilty of is driving places that I have absolutely no reason to be driving in... like this morning:
I had a few hours this morning to sleep in... but of course I forgot. So that gave me the perfect excuse to just drive around. I remembered this extremely hilly area that I had seen once, so yeah I had to go drive up those hills. The houses in this area are huge, every driveway had a Mercedes or a BMW in it, and then theres me idling at the stop sign at the bottom of the hill.
Sorry these are cell phone pictures...
I just couldn't help myself. Some parents were out with a group of kids waiting for the schoolbus... and I come charging up the hill with the shifter in first gear, 2200RPM, 4.10s eating up that grade like it was nothing, windows down and the biggest smile on my face. Yeah, I got some weird looks... but man was it fun.
