Who besides the dealer is good for adjusting valves on a 5.9?

I would invest in shop manual and some tools and do it myself. Could save you a few hundred dollars.

Isn't there a Pensacola Diesel Svc around there? Seems to me I have heard someone mention them.
You might also look in the yellow pages for a Cummins dealer up that way as they will work on your truck.
I would be glad to do it for you but our shop is way down in Port Richey, sorry I can't help more, good luck.
