Dealer/Shop suggestions in Knoxville

Hello all...I just moved to Knoxville and am curious to know if there are any reputable dealers/shops here in the area. I need some warranty work done...weather stripping etc. and am also looking for a good place to have a TC and VB installed on my 05 2500. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Don't know about any Dodge dealers, but I can recommend Chip's Transmissions in Sevierville as a top-notch tranny shop. They did a great job installing DTT master upgrade parts into my tranny.

I had a problem with my ac while driving through Knox. Jim CoGdill dodge let me stop in and check thing on the fly. I purchased the truck at Burgin dodge they were nice but did not have a AC mechanic on duty? Not sure either one of these are good but I was happy with both of them.

Iwouldnt take anyting to Jim Cogdill to save my life. Im sure every dealer has thier problems, but I recently took a truck for a test drive, it was a 2001 that had just went through the shop. We started out onto 40, and went 2 exits, and while getting on the off ramp I lost all braking, and I mean all of it. Pedal went right to the floor and there was no sign of any slowing. I kept downshifting and as we got to a creep I hammered the parking brake. We called them back and explained what happened. And they picked us up. End of story-no truck purchase. Which after being in for some brake repairs, didnt leave a good taste in my mouth.

I cant speak for Thomas-Hill-Burgin Dodge up of exit 417 I-40. I was close to purchasing a truck from them(same trip) but backed out. They did seem like decent people though. The salesman(owners boy?) showed me all around the garage, and they had 2 Cummins apart at the time.

Other than that I had a poor sales experience at Farris, but thats not service. I think in one weekend we musta hit 100 dealers shopping for a truck, but came home empty handed.

If your truck is outa warranty, and your looking for a good engine shop, ck with Cumberland Cummins over on Ault Rd. My dad deals with them frequently with a few of his trucks, and they seem to know thier stuff.

Hope this helps.
