I dont know where this belongs, but does anyone here have the NCCO, etc crane certifications? I am looking to add a 20 ton crane/flatbed to our fleet. I have read the state of Pennsylvania website concerning testing, but what is an actual practical test? Like a drivers test of a crane?

Maybe this isnt such a good idea...lol the way I understand PA laws, if we use a knuckleboom with no winch or operator articulation, I dont need a certification for my employees. Any help is appreciated.

Also, the state recognizes the different sactioning bodies, any better than the other?
