Gotta love that link that Merrick posted on the Duramax.... According to it it has Platinum tipped spark plugs! <br><br>I knew something was up....

Well,, I tried.<br><br>Guess I need to chagne my Dad's D-Maxs' wires, and plugs. I could change the plugs,,, glowplugs that is ;D, but changing the wires would be harder. Anybody know where to get replacement injector wires? SHould I upgrade the wires to 11mm ? I've heard that the bigger wires help hold the injectors open longer?<br><br>Or should I just get some sleep?

Don't forget about those faulty Knock sensors. They have been known to really retart the ignition timming.

Cylinder Block Material: Induction hardened Gray Iron Cast.<br>Cylinder Head Material: Aluminum w/6 bolts per cylinder.
