So I bought a 4bt it was hooked to a trans and in a vehicle when I bought it. I saw it run but not drive (because I'm a idiot). now I've done a whole big project of putting it in a 87 square body. Shortly into the project I realized my injection pump is a VE but not one with a diaphragm. I've kept plugging along with the truck but I'm starting to worry if the VE pumps are universal. I thought with minimal modifications the one I have could work. i doubt that now. I'm okay with spending the money for a on road VE I just wanna make sure itll work without cam and gear housing modifications. my VE part number is 0-460-424-006 I'll post a pic of it as well. any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.
