Help!! I'm putting a 4bt into an '85 K20 Suburban, and need some quick help. I'm looking for performance injectors and at least a 4,000 rpm injector pump governor spring set. Anybody know some retailers who sell 4bt parts?

Same as VE equipped 6BT, most 4BTs are non-intercooled.

3200 is the max spring, I think, I am not a VE guy.

 

yep just look for 1st gen injectors Scheid, SDX, DDP etc

 

Thats assuming its a VE engine. The p-pump versions are identicle to the 6bt, just with two barrels missing. All the parts still swap. There are some 4bt's with A-pumps and P-3000 pumps that a bit different, so watch out for that.

 

If you get the 4k spring, get the 60lbs valve springs.

There is only a spring in the "kit". Also, get a bigger turbo (since your 4wd) with your injectors.
