Does anyone know of anything specific that we need? We have about 6 to 10 stock wheels/tires we are bringing. Any food related items? How about tools or compressors or anything? If you guys think of anything give me a call on my cell @ 678-521-6601.

No downpipe here. Sorry. I donated my last one a few months ago. I will get you a decent deal on a new one or I can get you the flange and pipe if you wanna make your own. Just let me know. And let us know what kind of food we need to bring or anything else we'll need.

Hey Kevin, if you are reading this tonight: I checked with Nalley truck and they don't stock much of anything for Cummins B series engines including the gasket i need. They only stock parts for 8 litre and up. If I can't get the gasket at a local dealer there is a Cummins parts warehouse down in Riverdale off of Ga HWY 85. I might have to make the trip down there and I will call you.

For all members and Non members. You are a member if you have signed on and registered on the DTR website. { meaning you are a member of the DTR }. You will need to go to the Nat'l and regional chapters section on this forum and go to chapter maps under Larry Elis. Print out the rules and regs and the mebership app and bring with you on Dyno Day to be a member of the N. Ga chapter #40. I will also print some extras and bring with me.

So did we ever get a final number on how many we are cooking for?

 

Mike graciously volunteered to buy the hot dogs. He is willing to go to Sams Club and buy a package of 60 dogs. We will also need to have about 5 people bring buns. Maybe 12 buns per person. We also need a fold out table.
I am bringing some fold out chairs. I have 5 of them and we will need more.

I don't have a total head count but plan on about 25 people.

I have the fold out table covered. Are you sure you want 12 buns per person or is that 1 to 2 buns per person? I will also either have the grill with charcoal or I will bring a propane grill. I know I will have three including myself. Thanks.

Turbo came to the door today. Now the mad dash for the downpipe. Called Grands Muffler and the guy was more than rude and made it clear that they make custom diesel exhaust and would not even sell me a piece of 4" pipe with a 45* bend in it. Wont be throwing any business his way. I did find out that the former owner still does exhaust work and I have his address and he said he had what I needed laying on the table waiting on me to pick it up. Machining the flange now so hopefully I can get it all together before Sunday.

 

Ok, I got the pipe but now not sure if the machinist is going to be able to get the flange done by tomorrow for welding. Anyhow, Im done worrying about it. If it gets done great and if it doesnt then my numbers will be with the HX35.
