Pennzoil 2 cycle Marine Synthetic - Can it be used as an additive?

I got a bunch of this for Christmas (my sister in law works for Pennzoil) http://pennzoil.com/#/engine-oil/pen...us-2-cycle-oil and was wondering if anyone has used this as a fuel additive. I saw a post on another forum that someone was using it regularly but wanted to make extra sure before I dumped it in the tank...

I know of an Amsoil dealer who uses Amsoil synthetic 2 cycle oil without any problems in over 2.5 years now so you should be okay doing so.

As long as it is a TC-W3 oil shouldn't be a problem.
